The One Where The Monkey Gets Away
Series 1...Episode 19
Rachel find out about Barry and Mindy's Wedding. Ross finally decides he is going to ask Rachel out after she looks after his monkey Marcel all day. But before Ross gets to make his move....Rachel loses Marcel!!! Not knowing that Marcel is an illegal animal, Rachel calls animal control. The animal control lady turns out to be Louisa who went to high school with Rachel and Monica, unfortunately Louisa still holds a grudge against Rachel and does not cut them any slack. Louisa tries to shoot Marcel with a tranquilizer but hits phoebe instead.
While arguing, Rachel and Ross see a delivery of bananas, it turns out they are for mr. heckles. They find Marcel in heckles apartment. Confused Marcel runs into Louisa's cage. Rachel saves Marcel by threatening to sue Louisa for shooting phoebe.
Ross and Rachel sit down for some wine and just as Ross gets his chance...BARRY BURSTS THROUGH THE DOOR!

The One With The Poker
Series 1...Episode 2
Chander taunts joey about thinking the 3 was an 8 during a game of poker!
The girls decide they want to learn how to play...reluctantly the guys teach them the rules of poker! The girls dont do so well and demand a rematch! Monica gets in her Aunt Iris to help teach them some poker tricks! Monica lets her competetive side show! Rachel gets tired of waitressing and gets herself an interview at Saks fifth avenue! later in the middle of a poker game she gets told she doesnt get the job! shes so depressed she bets a lot of money! Ross lets her win so he can see her happy!

The One With The 2 Parts (Part 2)
Series 1...Episode 17
At the end off the last episode we saw Phoebe going to Joey's to talk to him about Ursula, but when she knocked at his door, guess who answered...URSULA!!!
Joey continues to date Ursula which causes problems for his friendship with phoebe. Ursula ends up avoiding joey, Phoebe pretends to be ursula so she can let him down easily. Ross has a dream in wich he throws his son across the football field, this makes him wonder if he will be a good father, he is comforted by his own father. Monica takes Rachel to the hospital after she fell off the balcony, rachel doesnt have insurance so she switches identities with Monica, but their plan is stuffed when two cute doctors ask them out. They end up arguing (while still pretending to be each other) in front of their dates. Marcel chokes on a scrabel tile & Ugly naked guy gets a hoola-hoop.

Ross relizes he is going to be a father; he attends lamaz class with Suzan and Carol, carol freaks out about giving birth. Chandler cant bare to fire an attractive work colleague, so instead he dates her and tells everyone else she cant be fired because she has a mental condition...but trouble arrises when she finds out what hes been saying. Rachel gets around to taking down the christmas lights but she falls off the balcony and ends up hanging upside down outside mr heckles. Marcel switches monicas tv into spanish mode and the FRIENDS cant fix it. Chandler and Joey meet Ursula (Phoebes twin.) Phoebes massage client, is looking for a head-chef, so monica tries out for it, unfortunatly the guy was stoned and the night ended with monica still jobless. Chandler boss offers him a promotion but he turns it down saying he doesnt want to be at the same job for his whole life, he heads off to some career testing...but when he comes back, hes not happy. Ross goes on a date that doesnt go fantastically...he asks joey for some advise on talking good with women.

Its valentines day. Ross goes on a date but at the restaurant they find suzan and Carol. Suzan has to leave so ross invites Carol over to sit with them, he pays so much attention to Carol his date leaves. Joey goes on a date also, but his date said to bring someone for her friend, so he brings Chandler,unfortunately the other woman turns out to be janice. Chandler and Janice somehow end up together and janice buys him candy hearts. Once again...chandler ends it. The girls do a ritual to rid themselves of bad men,in the ritual they burn stuff their boyfriends have given them. The ritual causes a fire and firmen guys come to save them.

Joey learns his father is having an affair with a pet mortician named Ronnie, when joey finds out its been happening for six years he forces his father to come clean to his mother or break it off with Ronnie. Phoebe's new boyfriend is a psychiatrist named Roger, and while he confronts the FRIENDS about monicas childhood weight and ross's divorces, he causes all the FRIENDS to end up depressed.

The One With The Dozen Lasagnas

At the start of the episode everyone hums the theme song from The Odd Couple. Ross starts to hum another song but the FRIENDS are done. Paolo and Rachel plan their first weekend away together but it is cancelled when Paolo hits on Phoebe. Monica is stuck with a dozen lasagnas which she made for her aunt but forgot to make them vegetarian. Phoebe makes the best oatmeal and raison cookies ever. Joey and chandler need a new table and end up getting a foosball table. Monicas becomes Queen of Foosball. Carol finds out the babies gender but even though everyone knows ross doesnt want to find out.

Monica and Phoebe distract a cute guy who then gets hit by a car and ends up in a coma because Monica 'woo-hoo-ed' him. They both take care of him while hes in hospital, phoebe even writes him a song. But they both get to competive, and when he wakes up they relize hes just as bad as other men. Chandlers mom pays him a visit but embarasses him all noght and ends up kissing ross. Rachel tries to write a romance noval with the advice from mrs. Bing.

Ross gets a monkey named marcel. Chandler stresses over not having a date for new years and decides to make a pact that no-one brings a date to their new years eve party. Phoebe comes across some noisy boys talking while playing her song at central perk, but she ends up dating one of them...david the scientist guy, they get into a real serious relationship until he gets a grant to go to minsk and ends up going. Everyone breaks the no date pact exept for poor old ross...Phoebe brings david, Joey bring sandy (some one he met while working as an elf at the store), Rachel brings Paolo, chandler breaks and decides to ask JANICE!! Monica brings her ex bf 'Fun bobby'. Ross just brings Marcel his monkey friend. But at midnight no-one ends up with a date to kiss so the pact worked out anyway!!

The One Where Underdog Gets Away
Series 1...episode 9
Ross see's susan reading to his unborn child and decided to get some belly time too; but when he tries to talk to it he has some trouble. Joey models for a health poster, hoping to be an athsma guy or something but he later finds out he is the poster boy for VD!! Ross and monica plan their own thanksgiving dinner because their parents went away. Pheobe joins them because her grandmas boyfriend is luner and celebrates thanks giving in december. Joey joins them because his intire family think he has vd. Chandler joins despite wanting to boycut all the thanks giving holidays. Rachel plans to go skiing with her family. Monica makes three types of potatos. The underdog balloon gets away and they all go to the roof but are locked out of the apartment. Thanx giving is ruined and the 'Friends' end up eating sandwiches and funyuns for dinner. Ugly naked guys has thanks giving with ugly naked gal!!!!

The One Where Nana Dies Twice

Ross and Monica go to the bedside of their dead grandmother who momentairily comes back to life. Ross helps organise the funeral and discovers his grandmas collection of 'sweet and lows'. Chandler questions himself when a colleague wants to arrange a date for him with another guy! he talks to the 'friends' who all thought he was gay when they first met him.
The whole gang go to the funeral and ross discoveres his worst fear...being burried alive!

The One With The Blackout
Series 1...Episode 7
New York City has a blackout. Phoebe makes up a song..."New York City has no power and the milk is getting sour but to me it is not scary because i stay away from dairy" Ross tries to tall Rachel how he feels about her but he gets attacked by a cat. Rachel and Phoebe look for the cats owner. It turns out to be an itallian guys named Paolo. Paolo gets with rachel before ross gets his chance. Chandler spend the night stuck in an ATM vestibule with 1 person...she happens to be a super model (Jill Goodacre). Chandler spends the rest of the night trying to impress her. Ugly naked guy light some candles but has an accident with the flame...OUCH!

Rachel cleans the apartment all by herself but she moves the green poofae which causes monica to realise her biggest floors...obsessing & cleaning. The FRIENDS attend Joeys new musical. Joey gets picked up by an agency which gets him a job in the new 'Al Pacino' movie; where he plays Al Pacino's butt double. Chandler meets a georgous woman named Aurora and starts dating her; but when he finds out she already has a husband and 2 other boyfirends he reluctantly ends things.
