New York City has a blackout. Phoebe makes up a song..."New York City has no power and the milk is getting sour but to me it is not scary because i stay away from dairy" Ross tries to tall Rachel how he feels about her but he gets attacked by a cat. Rachel and Phoebe look for the cats owner. It turns out to be an itallian guys named Paolo. Paolo gets with rachel before ross gets his chance. Chandler spend the night stuck in an ATM vestibule with 1 person...she happens to be a super model (Jill Goodacre). Chandler spends the rest of the night trying to impress her. Ugly naked guy light some candles but has an accident with the flame...OUCH!
